The Ministry reviewed 163 transfer proposals including 8 deferred cases of last transfer exercise and endorsed 105 proposals (100 requests and 5 deferred cases).
All the transfers will be without benefits as notified through transfer notification dated July 13, 2020 and the Transfer Order will be issued in the last week of November 2020.
However, the committee did not review 14 transfer request cases of ineligible applicants (2019 & 2020 appointments) in view of Section 14.4.13 of BCSR 2018 “On initial appointment in the Civil Service, a civil servant shall not be eligible for transfer before serving a minimum of three years including probation period. For in-service candidate, the date of appointment in the new position category shall be used for calculating three years”.
