Mission:
Implement evidence-informed nutrition interventions by working with relevant agencies and
partners to ensure universal access to effective nutrition actions and to healthy and sustainable
diversified diets.
Goal:
Improve the nutritional status in all population groups; children under five, pregnant and
lactating women, adolescents, adults and the elderly through the implementation of evidence
informed sustainable interventions geared towards reducing the triple burden of malnutrition –
over nutrition, undernutrition and micronutrient deficiencies.

- Multi-micronutrient supplementation for pregnant women

- Rice and oil fortification
- Point of use fortification with micronutrient powders for children 6-23 months.
