Your sleep often tells about your mood the next day. As wisely said by Benjamin Franklin “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”. One seems to gain extra hours if you wake up early. Having said that it does not mean that one compromises on sleep. The healthy habit of going to bed early needs to be adapted to our daily lives. Work-life-balance is deemed necessity in the evolving times where everybody is provided an equal number of hours a day (24 hours) yet nobody has the equal amount of it. Therefore, let us try to be the change we want to see!We sincerely hope that these new behaviors are incorporated into our daily lives and carried forward even beyond COVID-19.
