2 new cases detected over the last 24 hours. One is an 39-year-old expatriate man who entered Bhutan on 16th October and was quarantined at Phuntsholing. The other is a 35-year-old IMTRAT personnel from IMTRAT Cantonment in Phuntsholing detected during the testing of the Red Zone. They are being moved to the isolation.
